• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams seeking technical assistance related to refrigeration and control systems • Provide remote and on-site support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving compressors, valves, controls, and refrigerant circuits • Collaborate with field technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical challenges • Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions • Generate reports on system performance and recommend improvements • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base materials • Conduct training sessions and develop instructional resources for technicians and clients • Participate in standard business hours and a rotating on-call schedule • Travel to a Copeland site regularly as needed to collaborate with teams or customers
• 2 years of experience in BAS, BMS, or facility controls systems • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical or controls systems • Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, technicians, and engineers • Availability to participate in a weekly on-call rotation • Experience with food retail case controllers (preferred) • Previous field or contractor installation experience (preferred) • Proficiency in reading and troubleshooting electrical prints and communications systems (preferred) • Legally authorized to work in the United States • No current or future work authorization sponsorship required
