• Lead a team of virtual nurses while fostering a culture of kindness, teamwork and compassion. • Mentor and provide support to new hires including shadow and reverse shadow sessions, and onboarding training support. • Provide day to day clinical support and assist with continued education for all nurses. • Assist Clinical and Operations Leadership with scheduling, quality, and training needs to ensure standard practices and client program needs are met. • Ensure daily duties are carried out by the assigned team of nurses; address performance through coaching or documentation as needed. • Engage with Clinical Leadership, Compliance, and People Team concerning patient or staff concerns. • Review resumes, interview, and assist in building a team of quality, patient care focused nurses. • Assist in implementing changes to programs and procedures. • Complete special projects and other assignments as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. • Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in as many of the following states as possible: NY, CA, IL, FL, MO, KY, RI. CA and compact licenses are highly preferred. • Triage and Critical Care experience required. • At least one year of Charge Nurse/Clinical Management/Leadership experience strongly preferred. • Ability to learn and proficiently use multiple EMRs and various communication applications, including Google products; EPIC proficiency preferred. • Must be comfortable with the virtual use of continuous and episodic vital sign monitoring devices. • Ability to work from home in a HIPAA compliant environment is required. • Confident leadership, able to make evidence based decisions, and implement change tactfully. Self-motivated. • Professional and effective communication style that translates across all members of staff and patients. • Ability to deliver training and education clearly and effectively to staff as necessary. • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to calm others. Handle patient escalations with respect and dignity, defusing the situation and problem solving to ensure patient satisfaction. • A willingness to jump in and help where needed to ensure team success.
