• Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare through telehealth • Facilitate 1:1, individual, group, and family therapy • Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, medical doctors, and other healthcare professionals • Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and consult clinical leaders • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews to determine length of stay and level of care • Identify community resources during treatment and aftercare planning • Adhere to standardized group curriculum and treatment planning • Educate clients and families about mental health and behavioral issues • Attend weekly clinical supervision prepared with client updates, case formulations, and questions • Follow confidentiality, ethical, professional, and legal standards • Stay current on behavioral therapy and mental health research and developments • Support Guidelight Health's mission, vision, and values • Report to the Director of Telehealth
• Must be independently licensed as a therapist in Massachusetts • Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field • Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, or equivalent • Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses, as requested • Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy • Ability to manage clients effectively in virtual settings and adapt interventions to telehealth • Comfort and competence with HIPAA-compliant video platforms, EMRs, and virtual collaboration tools • Knowledge of or willingness to learn telehealth best practices, including crisis response and safety planning in a remote setting • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently while staying closely connected to a distributed virtual team • Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive virtual group culture • If eligible, willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians • Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. schedule • Three years' post-independent-licensure experience is highly preferred, not required • Experience in IOP/PHP settings is preferred
