• Provide high-quality telehealth care and therapeutic services for individuals with behavioral issues • Facilitate 1:1, group, and family therapy • Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, medical doctors, and other healthcare professionals • Complete suicide risk assessments within required time frames and consult clinical leaders • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews to determine length of stay and level of care • Identify community resources during treatment and aftercare planning • Follow standardized group curriculum and treatment planning • Educate clients and families about mental health and behavioral issues • Attend weekly clinical supervision prepared with client updates, case formulations, and questions • Follow confidentiality, ethical, professional, and legal standards • Stay current on behavioral therapy and mental health research and developments • Provide coverage for group therapy during scheduled PRN day shifts and individual client support when needed
• Must be independently licensed as a therapist in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) • Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field • Valid Colorado independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) • Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses, as requested • If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state regulations, willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians • Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy • Experience providing group therapy is required • Ability to manage clients effectively in virtual settings and adapt interventions to telehealth • Comfort and competence with HIPAA-compliant video platforms, EMRs, and virtual collaboration tools • Knowledge of or willingness to learn telehealth best practices, including crisis response and safety planning in a remote setting • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently while staying connected to a distributed virtual team • Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive virtual group culture • Three years of post-independent licensure experience is highly preferred • Experience working in IOP/PHP settings is preferred • Virtual group therapy experience is highly preferred
