📋 Description

• Develop and manage project plans • Coordinate project activities and project team resources within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints • Support integration leaders with day-to-day tasks and project workplan maintenance • Coordinate and facilitate meetings • Develop and publish status reports • Perform general project management activities • Support all integration projects from a coordination perspective • Develop systems, techniques, and procedures for automated planning, reporting, issue resolution, risk management, and budget tracking • Drive report-out accuracy and maintain ongoing workplans • Monitor overall project health • Review participating functions’ plans and schedules for compliance with the master schedule • Resolve scheduling and inter-functional conflicts • Participate in or lead daily, weekly, or monthly meetings • Track and report project status, identifying deviations or adverse trends • Track and oversee project costs against project budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older • Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles • 1-3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams • Project management skills • Strong Excel skills • Empathetic communication skills • PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience • BS/BA in a related discipline preferred
