📋 Description

• Lead, organize, and document specialized engagements for post-conversion clients • Apply best practices for Professional Service engagements • Prepare standard and customized post-conversion documentation • Engage clients to create client-specific Professional Services engagement plans • Act as the main liaison for clients throughout engagements • Recommend strategies and policies to improve and strengthen the development process • Learn from past roadblocks and devise strategies to avoid them in the future • Provide technical assistance and training for clients • Provide timely and accurate updates to clients and internal staff • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five years of similar or related experience • At least two years of KeyStone experience • A college degree (non-technical discipline), or multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs, or in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training • Ability to prepare standard and customized post-conversion documentation • Correct spelling, grammar, and terminology in documentation • Ability to create client-specific Professional Services engagement plans • Technical assistance and training expertise • Strong client communication and customer service skills • Ability to honor deadlines, keep promises, and maintain standards
