CorePower Yoga is a national yoga studio chain and wellness brand that offers in-studio, livestream, and on-demand yoga classes and memberships. It operates multiple class formats (e. g. , CorePower 1 & 2, Yoga Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, CoreRestore) and sells class packs, gift cards, retail products and partnerships (e. g. , HigherDOSE). CorePower also runs multi-level teacher training programs (50–300 hour and comprehensive 200-hour offerings), events, scholarships, and promotional challenges to engage members.

📋 Description

• Lead annual market planning, identifying and prioritizing target markets and trade areas • Own delivery against annual growth commitments, including new studio openings, relocations, and portfolio optimization • Develop and maintain a data-driven site selection framework using demographic, lifestyle, and competitive analysis • Present market plans, growth pipelines, and portfolio performance to executive leadership • Navigate pro formas, studio-level financials, and financial terms for deal trade-offs • Manage the full 213-studio portfolio and evaluate location performance and lease position • Lead lease renewal strategy and negotiations across the portfolio • Identify and execute studio relocations and closures • Create standardized templates and playbooks for LOIs, leases, and market plans • Serve as quarterback for new deals from site identification and underwriting through lease execution, construction, and grand opening • Negotiate letters of intent and lease agreements with landlords and brokers • Partner with Design and Construction to deliver sites on time, on budget, and according to the CorePower Yoga brand • Manage relationships with outside brokers and landlords • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three direct reports • Build team capabilities in market analysis, deal negotiation, and portfolio management

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of real estate experience within a multi-unit, multi-location retail, restaurant, or fitness brand • Proven track record managing a large studio/store portfolio, including lease renewals, relocations, and closures • Demonstrated success leading site selection and market planning for a growing brand • Strong lease negotiation experience, with direct dealings with landlords and brokers • Highly analytical, with the ability to gather, synthesize, and present complex data to executive leadership • Experience managing and developing a team; strong people-leadership skills • Excellent storytelling and communication skills — able to bring the CorePower Yoga brand and the benefits of yoga to life for external partners • Comfortable operating cross-functionally with Design, Construction, Finance, and Operations • Bachelor's degree required • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40%
