📋 Description

• Provide expertise across the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack, focusing on Microsoft 365 E5 productivity, security, and endpoint management • Lead client-facing consulting engagements spanning collaboration, device management, and security transformation • Architect, design, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions balancing user productivity, endpoint management, and enterprise security • Design and implement collaboration solutions across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online • Lead Exchange and file migrations to Microsoft 365, tenant-to-tenant transformations, and hybrid transformations • Establish governance for collaboration, external sharing, and data lifecycle management • Drive improvements in user productivity, adoption, and collaboration effectiveness • Design and implement Intune MDM/MAM solutions, including enrollment, provisioning, application deployment, and mobile application management • Configure device compliance policies, endpoint security controls, and Conditional Access integration • Lead endpoint transformation initiatives including Windows Autopilot, co-management, and cloud-first device management • Develop governance and standards for enterprise device management • Implement Microsoft 365 E5 security solutions using Defender and Purview • Implement Zero Trust-aligned security controls and best practices • Develop and enhance security monitoring, policies, and automation • Assess client security infrastructure, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend services to address gaps • Design and implement Entra ID solutions including Conditional Access, MFA, identity lifecycle management, directory synchronization, and hybrid identity • Act as technical lead, collaborating with architects and engineering teams • Establish, document, and communicate M365 standards and best practices • Follow implementation plans and QC guides, contributing process improvements • Self-manage projects by escalating risks and issues within scope and budget • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client IT staff • Stay current on the Microsoft 365 roadmap • Identify opportunities for additional Coretek products and services

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years working in technology infrastructure design and deployment roles with a focus on Microsoft technologies • 3+ years of consulting or client-facing delivery experience (required) • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 productivity workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange) • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, endpoint compliance) • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft security solutions (Defender, Purview, Entra ID) • Experience designing and implementing enterprise M365 solutions across multiple customer environments • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and cloud security principles • Relevant certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator), SC-100 or SC-200 (Security certifications) preferred • Experience with compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, PCI) is a plus • Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API) preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills
