📋 Description

• Build genuine relationships with clients and referral partners • Understand each borrower's priorities and guide them through mortgage options • Manage every detail of the mortgage process from application to closing • Set clear expectations throughout the loan journey • Deliver an exceptional client experience at every step • Stay current on market trends, product updates, and compliance requirements • Build and grow a mortgage loan origination business • Partner with real estate professionals and support referral relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience in mortgage loan origination • Demonstrated knowledge of the complete loan lifecycle • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s), or the ability to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire • Proven track record of successful loan origination • Established referral network of realtors, builders, and industry professionals • Ability to manage a consistent loan pipeline effectively • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data and guide sound lending decisions • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills • Advanced organizational abilities • Strategic problem-solving approach • Positive, proactive attitude • Genuine passion for helping others win
