📋 Description

• Perform basic field repairs, including hardware and glass replacements, operational adjustments, and product inspections. • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess product performance and identify repair needs. • Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of glass, working at heights, and use of PPE; maintain and inspect safety equipment and first aid kits. • Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to local laws, and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability. • Manage tools and supplies inventory to maintain proper stock and organization. • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair issues and solutions, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. • Travel within assigned territory daily; overnight travel may be required depending on territory.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Valid driver’s license with ability to successfully clear an MVR check • 1–2 years of general construction or building material installation experience preferred • 1–2 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience preferred • Basic computer skills (Outlook & CRM) • Proficiency with hand and power tools
