📋 Description

• Support learners during live sessions by monitoring chat, facilitating breakout rooms, clarifying use cases, strengthening prompts, encouraging peer learning, and teaching validation of AI-generated interpretations • Join live sessions at least 15 minutes early and remain active throughout • Flag urgent issues, trends, and blockers to Correlation One staff via Slack • Support session continuity when the Lead Instructor encounters technical issues • Host 30-minute office hours as requested by assigned teams • Support learner project questions, tooling issues, and concept clarification • Provide support and feedback on deliverables • Review team submissions and provide detailed, actionable feedback within 72 hours • Report team progress weekly to the Correlation One team • Respond to participant questions within 24 hours • Attend weekly Correlation One team syncs • Log hours weekly in the coaches workbook • Conduct Demo Day dry-runs with each team and provide presentation feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English • Hands-on data practitioner with experience applying analytics to real business challenges • Hands-on user of generative AI in a real commercial or analytics job, with an demonstrable improved workflow • Comfortable working with commercial, sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams • Able to translate data outputs into practical, actionable insights • Confident navigating dashboards, tools, and data models in live sessions • Skilled at guiding participants through exercises and reinforcing key learning points • Adaptable and responsive to different learning styles and levels of data maturity • Organized and detail-oriented • Professional and collaborative • Familiar with enterprise AI governance and data-confidentiality norms in a CPG or client-data context
