📋 Description

• Support ~34 Learners in Correlation One’s virtual training programs • Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to ensure learning, comprehension, and retention of program content • Attend and proactively engage in mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding • Monitor appropriate Pumble channels for Learner questions and answer them promptly • Check-in with Learners after each live session • Facilitate breakout rooms during lecture time • Assist in keeping the session progressing during technical difficulties • Monitor appropriate Pumble channels for Learner questions on non-live days • Foster discussion by posing questions and sharing relevant links • Review content materials for upcoming lectures to ensure preparedness • Hold up to six (6) Individual Office Hours per week with Learners • Grade Learner submissions of exercises and projects within seven (7) days • Support continuous program improvement by providing thoughtful feedback • Submit weekly write-ups summarizing accomplishments and challenges • Attend and participate in the weekly staff meeting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments • Experience in mentoring or supervising if not prior teaching experience • A desire to support students in upskilling their careers into data roles • Empathy, flexibility, patience; passion for working with diverse learners who are new to content • Fluent in English; professional verbal and writing skills • A+ or Network+ certification an asset nice to have
