📋 Description

• Work with internal business units and client partners to support the Fiserv system • Manage settings on the Fiserv Optis Platform, Decision Quest logic, and Rewards Structure • Research and resolve complex Fiserv-related issues • Manage statement inserts and messaging by building and testing requirements through PCF, PCS, and DQ • Set up and test Rewards structures based on DMM table and Rules requirements • Set up, test, and maintain settings within PCF • Set up and maintain decision logic criteria with DQ • Manage and administer user access to Fiserv applications • Define, research, and resolve moderately complex Fiserv system issues • Open and manage Fiserv tickets and recommend additional system changes • Facilitate meetings with business units and client partners to resolve issues, questions, and servicing items • Share feedback with the Director of Processor Integration and suggest process improvements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate job-related experience required • 2+ years of Fiserv platform experience, specifically within the credit card and small business industry • Experience in the financial services, banking, or payment processing industry • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • 5+ years' experience working in technical and/or operations environments • Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills • Flexibility to meet varied business timelines and adapt quickly to change • Ability to research and resolve moderate system issues • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision within a team environment • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work in the CorServ footprint: AL, FL, GA, IA, KY, NE, NC, TN, TX, WI, WY
