• Execute Cosette’s oncology commercial strategy within an assigned geographic territory • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales objectives and brand performance goals • Develop and execute territory business plans and strategic account plans • Manage customer targeting, call planning, account prioritization, and performance analysis • Analyze territory data, market trends, prescribing patterns, and competitive activity • Communicate approved clinical, safety, and product information compliantly • Deliver product presentations tailored to stakeholder needs • Develop strategic relationships with oncology physicians, healthcare providers, hospital systems, IDNs, pharmacies, and other stakeholders • Partner with Market Access, Trade, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, and internal support teams on access, reimbursement, distribution, and patient support • Support product launches, relaunches, lifecycle initiatives, customer education, and field execution plans • Capture and communicate customer insights, clinical feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends • Complete CRM documentation, call reporting, expense reporting, training, and other administrative responsibilities • Maintain compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, OIG guidance, and applicable laws
• Bachelor’s degree required • 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare, or related healthcare sales experience with demonstrated achievement against sales objectives • Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and developing relationships across multiple stakeholder groups • Experience selling specialty pharmaceutical products or managing account-based selling models • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and pharmaceutical commercialization • Oncology, hematology, specialty pharmacy, or buy-and-bill experience preferred • Experience selling into community oncology practices, academic medical centers, hospitals, or IDNs preferred • Experience supporting product launches, relaunches, acquired brand integrations, or specialty pharmaceutical commercialization preferred • Established relationships within oncology accounts or healthcare systems within the assigned geography preferred • Understanding of specialty distribution models, medical benefit reimbursement, pathways, protocols, and oncology practice workflows preferred • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to travel as required, including occasional overnight travel • Must reside within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate prior to start date • Strong scientific aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex clinical information • Strong account planning, territory management, and business analysis skills • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance requirements
