• Owns the territory strategy and execution based on overall business strategy and territory growth targets • Responsible for achieving or exceeding quota for the assigned territory • Applies expert knowledge of Epicor Distribution products' solutions to the customer and its differentiation with the competition • Prospects in the assigned territory to achieve a qualified pipeline of 5X the annual quota • Coordinates cross-functionally to maximize revenue from prospects in the assigned territory • Acts as an effective sales team leader with the ability to work cross-functionally within and outside of the sales organization • Updates and maintains CRM data base and performs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory
• Proven track record of sales success in the software industry • Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships • Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers and sales team • Ability to act as a leader to the team and manage cross-functional projects • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies • Knowledge of the specific product industry • 8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in ERP • 3+ years of specialized/industry experience in Distribution • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
