📋 Description

• Coordinate all facets of Motorola Solutions’ business relationship within the assigned account base, including demand generation, sales, strategic account planning, and overall client relationship management • Manage sales, strategic account planning, and overall relationship management for target customers in Northeast Ohio • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for target and geographic accounts covering Motorola’s full portfolio of products and services • Act as a trusted advisor to influence customers’ technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Motorola Solutions • Proactively develop large project opportunities encompassing a wide range of products and services • Build relationships with key decision makers and influencers in and outside public safety to understand and influence technology and funding priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of sales, customer success, military, and/or public safety experience OR 6+ years of sales, customer success, military, and/or public safety experience • Previous outside sales experience selling solutions into government organizations preferred • Strong relationship development and management skills • Experience utilizing strategic account management practices • Ability to quickly learn product/solution characteristics and communicate solution value to customers • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices a plus • Highly motivated and results oriented • Experience utilizing channel partners to address customer requirements • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within Northeast Ohio • Preferred candidates will live in Ohio
