📋 Description

• Manage data and data quality • Host and facilitate discussions with healthcare data carriers to manage data intake and confirm client data requirements • Document meeting discussions and obtain sign-off from clients and carriers • Perform data quality checks to verify source data meets requirements for building the Healthcare Data Warehouse • Write data transformation specifications to load source data into target data warehouse tables • Work with database programmers to quality-check reformatted coding and transform raw data into table layouts • Perform data analysis and data mining, and identify issue root causes using SQL • Assist the Engineering/Tools team with new business requirements and Functional Specifications • Help convert internal processes from manual to automated through coding and programming • Complete responsibilities outlined in performance reviews and goal setting • Complete special projects and other assigned duties • Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience • 2–4 years of experience with healthcare data analysis and strong data manipulation skills • 2+ years of experience in Healthcare or Insurance data warehouse operations • Strong knowledge of healthcare enrollment, medical claims, and drug claims data • 2+ years of experience with HEDIS software • Ability to use SQL (TOAD, SQL Tools) and other data tools to analyze diverse datasets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to analyze raw data and present results with a high level of accuracy • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project • Must provide a dedicated, secure work area • Must provide high-speed internet access and office setup/maintenance • Ability to travel approximately 10% throughout the year for client meetings or company events
