📋 Description

• Generate, analyze, report, and interpret financial and other organizational data • Analyze financial trends and support financial reporting and business decision-making • Lead financial data analysis projects • Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports • Support accurate financial reporting and accrual analysis • Identify financial trends and developments, analyze underlying drivers, and present findings to leadership • Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts • Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers, and user acceptance testing of systems • Diagnose problems and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting are highly preferred • SQL experience with the ability to independently pull and analyze data is highly preferred; foundational SQL experience with willingness to learn may also be considered • Insurance industry experience is highly preferred • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience • 4+ years of statistical or data analysis experience • Experience with financial analysis focused on month-end close, government reporting, and financial forecasting • General knowledge of analysis tools, SQL, and Microsoft Applications
