📋 Description

• Research and resolve customer tax out-of-balances in a timely manner • Perform mathematical calculations to determine optimal solutions • Analyze tax and payroll data at employer and employee levels • Discover issues, suggest conclusions, and support decision-making • Ensure actions comply with tax authority requirements • Communicate with customers and document causes of tax discrepancies • Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation of payroll and taxes across all US tax jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of related payroll and/or tax experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local tax rules and requirements • Ability to use internal data analytics to research and resolve tax discrepancies • Ability to respond quickly and independently and make sound decisions • Excellent organization and time management skills • Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment • Associate degree or higher preferred, or 3 years’ experience equivalent • Payroll outsourcing and/or Shared Services experience preferred
