📋 Description

• Serve as a valued business partner to the Operations and Business teams to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize business and information needs • Develop and manage business intelligence solutions, including understanding business-partner information needs and data sources such as SAP, Workday, CMS, and BPC • Develop Tableau dashboards, Power BI dashboards, Excel reports, and SQL-based analytics • Drive interpretation, understanding, and adoption of analytic insights • Build positive relationships across team members and functions and provide actionable information that drives decision-making • Establish priorities and deadlines, assess resources, and define next steps • Partner with the IT Department to improve reporting/dashboard functionality and drive automation • Identify development needs to streamline and improve organizational operations for efficiency and profitability • Troubleshoot issues reported by business partners • Improve the quality, accuracy, and completeness of underlying data • Provide month-end reporting, process improvement, and ad hoc support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Computer and Information Science • Minimum five years of experience in developing dashboards/visualizations in data visualization software such as Power BI and Tableau • Strong customer service focus • Strong work ethic with ability to leverage others and work in a cross functional environment • Self-initiative and commitment to excellence • Prior experience with programs such as SQL, DAX, etc. • Good understanding of relational database concepts is a plus • Proven strength and aptitude in working with data and numbers • Ability to collect and compile relevant data • Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically • Strong business analysis skills • Works well independently and as part of a team • Extremely organized with great attention to detail • Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal & Communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Travel up to 10%
