📋 Description

• Perform analysis on complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for the product team and executive leadership • Use advanced analytical techniques to contribute to strategic initiatives • Collaborate with the product team to analyze user behavior, product performance, and relevant metrics • Provide insights to enhance user experience, optimize product features, and drive product strategy • Develop and maintain product-related dashboards and KPIs • Identify opportunities for data-driven insights that enhance long-term company strategy • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with organizational objectives • Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide data-driven perspectives • Foster collaboration and best practices among distributed Analytics team members • Share knowledge and insights to elevate team capabilities • Serve as a liaison between Strategy & Analytics and other business units • Understand departmental data needs and ensure effective communication and collaboration • Facilitate integration of analytics into decision-making across business functions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, with a track record of delivering high-impact analytical work • Background in product, strategy, or growth analytics preferred; fintech or high-growth startup experience is a plus • Strong SQL • Comfort building and maintaining data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks • Experience with experiment design, A/B testing, and causal inference methodologies • Effective use of AI tools for reliable and efficient data analysis • Eagerness to raise the AI bar for the team • Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to technical peers and executive audiences • Demonstrated project management abilities, handling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer application questions about current employment, KPI performance, team size, peer ranking, and demonstrated excellence
