• Support media optimization initiatives for digital and offline channels • Manage, train, and mentor analysts and actively manage their workload • Lead strategic analytics for key client business, including measurement plan development, methodology execution, and insight presentation • Generate Test and Learn Plans • Design, develop, and update campaign-performance dashboards • Mine granular datasets and develop analyses explaining performance drivers • Produce scorecards, dashboards, and ad-hoc client reports • Recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies • Conduct ad-hoc marketing campaign analyses to drive business results and strategic planning • Ensure data integrity through media analytics reporting suites • Collaborate with Ad Operations on tagging and reporting accuracy • Integrate new tools and monitor analytics and predictive-modeling industry trends • Evaluate and apply AI-enabled tools, automation, and emerging analytics approaches • Lead improvement projects and beta-test tools internally and with clients • Translate agency solution opportunities into analytics requirements and deliverables • Support new business pitches with analytics strategy, measurement approaches, and test-and-learn recommendations • Collaborate with agency account teams, clients, and media planners • Present findings, recommendations, and performance narratives • Translate client business and marketing goals into optimization and analysis techniques • Build direct reports’ independence and cross-train department members • Share new findings, tools, and code with the Analytics department
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, statistics), Business/Marketing or Computer Science OR an equivalent combination of education and experience • 4+ years’ experience providing marketing analytics support and solutions • Experience with digital and offline analytics and reporting • Mastery of Microsoft Excel • Intimate knowledge of web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe) • Experience analyzing paid/organic social data • Deep familiarity with reporting on Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn • Experience with SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Bing • Experience with Linear & CTV data and measurement methodologies, including ACR, spike attribution, incrementality experiments, and MMM • Dashboard software mastery (Adverity, PowerBI or Tableau) • Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation to support analytics workflows, reporting QA, insight generation, or operational efficiency • Proficient statistical programming skills in R, SQL, or Python • Ability to accommodate meetings in different time zones • Periodic travel availability
