📋 Description

• Conduct interviews and requirement workshops with cross-disciplined teams to understand business needs • Collaborate with key stakeholders and development teams to drive solutions aligned with program-level objectives and vision • Document and maintain requirements, including features and user stories, with product, business, and development teams • Refine the program backlog and prepare for Program Increment Planning • Prioritize and maintain the team backlog with the Scrum Master and Delivery Lead • Accept user stories completed at the end of each iteration or sprint • Complete responsibilities outlined in annual performance reviews and goal setting • Complete special projects and other assigned duties • Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or significant equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Business Analyst on a software development project • Ability to learn the healthcare domain quickly • Prior healthcare experience is a plus • Very strong written skills for accurately conveying functional details and end-user problems and solutions • Proven logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills • Expert use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and JIRA • Experience with systems modeling, user interface design, prototyping, decision trees, and data flow preferred • Scrum Agile or Scaled Agile Framework experience preferred • JIRA experience desired • Familiarity with SQL Developer or Toad preferred • Exposure to HTML, SQL, XML, and JSON preferred • Ability to communicate, exchange information, solve problems, think critically, complete tasks independently, interpret data, make timely workflow decisions, maintain focus, assess work accuracy and thoroughness, learn new tasks, and follow processes and protocols • Ability to remain stationary, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods • Ability to repeat motions involving the wrists, hands, and/or fingers • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance
