📋 Description

• Leading initiatives with our Product and Design teams to ship and iterate on unique product experiences in AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes • Working closely with our ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and implement these features into our agentic framework • Improving our physician-facing care platform and integrating AI tooling to increase physician efficiency and clinical capabilities • Architecting scalable backend systems, such as health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of building production software, ideally with 2+ years at startups or growth companies • Proficiency in our tech stack: React, NextJs, Node.js (Typescript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, Redis • Experience building at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of end-users and large enterprise clients • Opinionated about up-leveling your own engineering skills and the team around you • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent AI developments.
