📋 Description

• Host a live, one-hour workshop on a monthly basis • Answer student questions about HVAC careers and the job search • Share real-world insight into entry-level HVAC roles, apprenticeships, and certifications • Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it • Showcase real-world HVAC experience through seminar-style workshops

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional HVAC experience (residential, commercial, or industrial) • Familiarity with entry-level roles, apprenticeships, and certification pathways, including EPA 608 • Interest in mentoring and helping career changers enter the trades • Strong communication and teaching ability • Availability at least three evenings per week, ideally Tuesday–Thursday • Comfortable leading workshops independently • Proficiency with online tools such as Google Meets and Calendly
