📋 Description

• Host a live, one-hour workshop on a monthly basis • Answer student questions about plumbing careers and the job search • Share real-world insight into entry-level plumbing roles and apprenticeships • Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it • Showcase real-world plumbing experience through workshops • Acquire and conduct private coaching business when students book 1:1 coaching

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional plumbing experience (residential, commercial, or service work) • Interest in mentoring and helping career changers enter the trades • Strong communication and teaching ability • Availability at least three evenings per week, ideally Tuesday–Thursday • Self-starter mindset — comfortable leading workshops independently • Proficiency with online tools such as Google Meets and Calendly
