📋 Description

• Host a live, one-hour workshop monthly • Answer student questions related to the field and job search • Share real-world insight into entry-level roles • Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it • Use workshops to provide value, answer questions, and showcase expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in the field • Interest in mentoring and helping career changers • Strong communication and teaching ability • Availability at least three evenings per week, ideally Tuesday–Thursday • Self-starter mindset and comfort running workshops • Comfortable without guaranteed hours or full-time income
