📋 Description

• Engage students in an asynchronous and inclusive online learning environment • Provide guidance and resources in a pre-developed online course • Provide instruction, feedback, and experiential and application-based learning • Support students in achieving their learning and career goals • Report to the faculty dean team • Respond to students within set timeframes and reach out to students needing additional support • Recognize student needs holistically and connect them with resources • Encourage participation, collaboration, and faculty-student relationships • Stay current in the field and share expertise and supplementary materials • Evaluate student work and provide individualized, constructive feedback • Facilitate active participation in online discussions and promote an inclusive, engaging, respectful environment

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Management Science (includes PhD/DBA in Business Administration with a focus in one of these areas) • 3 years professional experience in Operations Management • Must be located in an eligible US state; California is excluded
