📋 Description

• Own new client implementations and support approximately 20 clients at a time through a 6–8 week onboarding process • Develop project plans and understand client goals • Guide clients through product configuration and implementation • Complete implementation and setup steps in the product • Work with the Data Specialist on data translations and migrations • Train different users and stakeholders on the Cove platform • Assist with client communication and launch activities • Build client relationships to ensure a successful start • Contribute to Customer Success strategy and work cross-functionally to align with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS customer success or implementation • Experience with complex SaaS products used by multiple personas • Project management skills and experience managing complex projects • Experience training stakeholders on a SaaS product • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Solution orientation and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and business writing skills • Experience using Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, Google Slides/PPT • Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel preferred • Experience with enterprise clients and multiple personas • Exposure to integration projects • Experience directly supporting clients and leading complex client projects
