• Develop and execute Covenant House International's corporate partnerships strategy and revenue goals • Maintain and grow a portfolio of high-value corporate partners • Personally manage relationships with key executives and strategic accounts • Secure new corporate partnerships through grants, sponsorships, employee engagement, cause marketing, customer fundraising, event sponsorships, licensing, and other revenue-generating models • Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative philanthropic and earned-revenue partnership models • Establish revenue goals, performance metrics, and growth strategies across corporate partnership channels • Monitor market trends and corporate social impact priorities • Develop customized partnership strategies aligned with corporate objectives, Covenant House programs, and organizational impact • Oversee stewardship, renewal, and expansion of existing partnerships • Coordinate engagement strategies for corporate executives who are also current or prospective individual donors • Ensure delivery of partnership benefits, reporting, recognition, and impact communications • Lead, mentor, and develop teams responsible for business development, account management, stewardship, benefit fulfillment, employee engagement, and partnership operations • Set goals and performance expectations and support team professional growth • Serve on the senior revenue leadership team and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making • Collaborate with philanthropy, development, marketing and communications, programs, finance, legal, operations, and executive leadership • Lead cross-department coordination for campaigns, sponsorships, employee engagement, volunteer initiatives, and special events • Represent Covenant House International at conferences, industry events, partner meetings, and external engagements • Champion Covenant House's mission, values, inclusive leadership, collaboration, transparency, and accountability
• Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive fundraising, business development, corporate partnerships, sponsorship, marketing partnerships, or related experience, with significant leadership responsibility • Proven track record of securing and growing multimillion-dollar corporate partnerships and consistently achieving ambitious revenue goals • Demonstrated success managing both new business acquisition and long-term relationship portfolios • Experience leading teams responsible for corporate prospecting, account management, partnership fulfillment, sponsorship activation, and employee engagement • Extensive experience working across multiple partnership channels, including philanthropic grants, sponsorships, employee giving programs, cause marketing, and earned revenue initiatives • Experience developing integrated partnership opportunities involving multiple organizational stakeholders and departments • Demonstrated success collaborating with executive leadership, board members, and external stakeholders • Deep expertise in corporate philanthropy and nonprofit partnership landscape • Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility, ESG, purpose-driven marketing, brand partnerships, and employee engagement trends • Exceptional business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Proven ability to develop compelling partnership proposals and value propositions tailored to corporate objectives • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, and portfolio analysis • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and influencing skills • Ability to engage and inspire C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders • Outstanding project management and organizational skills • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and managing through growth and organizational change • Strong emotional intelligence, judgment, and interpersonal skills • Passion for Covenant House's mission and demonstrated commitment to mission-driven leadership • Expected to travel nationally up to 30% for in-person meetings with partners and Covenant House International team meetings as needed
