📋 Description

• Serve as primary owner for Workday Compensation and Performance (Talent Management) configuration, enhancements, and optimization • Design and support annual compensation cycles, merit planning, bonus processes, and performance review frameworks • Partner with Total Rewards and HR leadership to align system capabilities with compensation and performance strategies • Identify and implement AI-enabled and workflow automation opportunities to streamline HR technology operations • Leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and AI assistants for documentation, testing, reporting, and case triage • Configure and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence) • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 8+ years of HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems • 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with strong emphasis on Compensation and Performance/Talent • Proven experience managing Workday configuration, testing, and releases • Experience supporting compensation cycles and performance management processes • Experience with reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights • Demonstrated experience implementing automation and AI-enabled solutions
