📋 Description

• Teach Health Assessment I and II in Chamberlain's online BSN Nursing program • Serve as facilitator, role model, coach, and advisor to students • Lead asynchronous discussions and teach synchronous live lectures each week • Provide student support and respond to inquiries via email, online conferencing, or telephone • Provide students with an approved syllabus including terminal course objectives • Organize, prepare, revise, and update course materials • Use online technologies and course-related software, websites, email, and online discussions • Model effective oral and written communication • Publish course objectives, assignment and examination dates, and evaluation weightings • Ensure examinations correspond to course objectives • Prepare and grade exams consistently and fairly • Provide timely feedback to students • Comply with all policies and standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing is required • Unencumbered professional nurse licensure in IL is required • Compact (multi-state) RN license preferred • Minimum of 2-3 years teaching experience • Excellent communication skills with high level of initiative and prudent judgment • Genuine passion for nursing, education, and lifelong learning • Exceptional subject matter expertise in the field of instruction • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Eagerness to serve students and colleagues with passion, respect and care • Sense of responsibility and purpose with desire to enrich colleagues, students, and the broader community
