📋 Description
• Lead a critical legal entity rationalization initiative • Manage accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting • Collaborate with external advisors and internal teams for project completion
🎯 Requirements
• Controller or senior accounting leadership experience • Strong background in intercompany accounting, consolidations, and month-end close • Experience with GL clean-up, retained earnings adjustments, and complex journal entries • Ability to partner with external advisors on transfer pricing and tax-related initiatives (no tax preparation required) • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
