📋 Description

• Manage SG&A budgeting, forecasting, and budget-to-actual variance analysis • Build integrated financial operating models in Excel, including revenue, expense, and profitability models • Develop driver-based forecasts, scenario analyses, and long-term financial plans • Reconcile financial models to general ledger data to ensure accuracy • Support financial planning across multiple business units and revenue streams • Identify data discrepancies and improve financial reporting processes • Prepare executive-level reporting and ad hoc financial analysis • Partner with finance leadership to strengthen FP&A processes and financial visibility

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial modeling experience • Advanced Excel proficiency, including building complex financial models from scratch • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, SG&A, and financial reporting • Experience with GL data, financial reconciliations, and integrated operating models • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Experience in private equity-backed, SaaS, or high-growth organizations • ARR, recurring revenue, or SaaS metrics modeling • Sage Intacct or other ERP/FP&A systems • Financial process improvement and automation experience
