📋 Description

• Support a confidential client with transaction readiness and finance leadership coverage • Prepare for and execute a sponsor-backed exit • Support a midsize company through M&A and diligence • Provide hands-on interim finance leadership • Begin part-time and ramp to full-time through Q1 • Work remotely with periodic travel

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience preparing for and executing a sponsor-backed exit • SaaS finance experience within a PE-backed environment • Experience supporting midsize companies through M&A and diligence • Hands-on finance leadership experience with the ability to execute independently and partner with senior leadership • Availability to start quickly, increase hours, and travel as needed • Preferred: VP of Finance or comparable senior finance leadership experience • Preferred: Experience providing interim finance leadership during a transaction
