📋 Description

• Lead and supervise a team of billing experts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the transportation sector • Guarantee accurate, complete, and timely billing and payment processing for transportation services • Monitor billing and payment reports, identify issues, and develop effective resolution strategies tailored to the transportation industry • Collaborate with IT and Business Process teams to design, build, integrate, and support billing solutions for both internal and external transportation customers • Drive continuous process improvement, recommending and implementing steps to enhance efficiency and ensure flawless execution in transportation billing • Prepare regular updates for management on billing and payment processes and status within the transportation sector • Ensure compliance with SOX, RevRec606, and company policies specific to transportation • Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements to boost both efficiency and effectiveness in transportation billing

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field • alternatively, bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience • or a master's degree and 1 year of experience • or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience • Excellent skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
