⢠Develop and lead the strategic direction for integrating ESG goals across the company ⢠Collaborate with senior leaders to infuse sustainability and ethical practices into business operations ⢠Craft comprehensive ESG policies ⢠Engage with investors, customers, and regulatory bodies ⢠Prepare ESG reports for stakeholders ⢠Assist BU teams in product development ⢠Build and lead a team dedicated to ESG initiatives
đŻ Requirements
⢠Proven leadership experience with a strategic mindset ⢠Strong knowledge of ESG standards, sustainability practices, and regulatory compliance ⢠Experience with ISSB, SASB, UK SRS, GRI or similar sustainability reporting practices ⢠Experience with EcoVadis or similar sustainability rating agencies ⢠Excellent communication skills ⢠Interest or experience with using sustainability as a value proposition ⢠Experience in leading change and embedding sustainable practices into organizations
