📋 Description

• Execute the growth strategy for the ETVA Solutions Advisory function • Align solution offerings with market trends, client priorities, and platform capabilities • Partner with Global Delivery, practice, and go-to-market leaders to scale outcome-based solutions • Lead strategic pursuits, new-logo acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell efforts • Develop value propositions and executive-level proposals • Advise VP- and CXO-level stakeholders • Translate business problems into technology and operating-model solutions • Define business value, ROI, and transformation roadmaps • Ensure adoption and measurable outcomes across engagements • Lead design and evolution of offerings across ITFM, FinOps, TBM, SPM, Workforce Management, and EAM • Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to build scalable solutions and ensure feasibility • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery on go-to-market strategies • Support enablement and field-readiness initiatives • Represent Cprime at industry events, conferences, and analyst engagements • Publish thought leadership on technology value optimization and financial management • Elevate Cprime’s brand in technology consulting and value realization

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in technology consulting or internal delivery of ITFM, FinOps, TBM, and Strategic Portfolio Management services • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred • Proven practice-building, solution-development, and revenue-growth track record • Extensive experience leading complex enterprise-level programs • Strong business development experience, including multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Deep understanding of technology financial management and value-realization frameworks • Experience with Apptio financial management platforms • Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders • Strong leadership experience managing distributed, high-performing teams • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
