📋 Description

• The Regional Sales Manager will support CR2’s growth objectives by identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding the company’s footprint across the Americas. • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Maintain an updated understanding of digital banking trends, regional regulatory developments, and competitor offerings. • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, demonstrations, and presentations to stakeholders. • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, prospects, partners, and industry influencers. • Represent CR2 at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in business development, solution selling, or enterprise sales, ideally within digital banking and payments. • Demonstrated success in Digital Banking. • Strong ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. • Fluency in English. • Self-driven with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
