📋 Description

• Build and execute a ground-up strategy to establish Premium Title Services as a leading provider in the refinance space • Leverage existing Altisource partnerships to identify and pursue high-value refinance opportunities • Conduct extensive prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building activities • Deliver consultative, value-led sales presentations • Develop and implement effective sales cadences and follow-up strategies • Attend industry events and networking opportunities • Collaborate with internal Altisource teams • Partner with Marketing to develop compelling sales materials • Follow and adhere to RESPA guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven success in title and settlement sales • Demonstrated ability to hunt for new business with proven cold-calling skills • Existing book of business across origination title and settlement • Exceptional relationship building skills • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently • Consultative, value-led sales approach • Strong knowledge of RESPA compliance • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools • Strong understanding of title and settlement technology • Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem and current market trends
