📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve bodily injury claims arising from commercial auto and transportation operations • Proactively manage claims from assignment through resolution • Review and analyze claim submissions to determine coverage and applicable policy provisions • Conduct investigations, gather supporting documentation, and verify claim details • Communicate with policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders regarding claim status • Document claim files accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory and company guidelines • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate claim resolution • Recognize and escalate complex or suspicious claims to senior resources or management • Ensure timely claim handling within defined service levels and high customer service standards • Resolve damages • Maintain a working diary • Review, analyze, and negotiate medical bills • Negotiate claim totals with attorneys • Perform other major and minor duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5–7 years of experience in claims handling, insurance operations, and commercial insurance • Knowledge of commercial insurance principles, practices, and terminology is desirable • Experience working in a service-oriented environment with client interaction is advantageous • Must possess a current adjusters license in the state's business is conducted in • Ability to obtain licenses in 90 days • English language fluency required • Knowledge of liability investigation, coverage analysis, medical evaluations, and settlement negotiations • Proficient in claims systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Claims investigation and evaluation skills • Knowledge of insurance policy interpretation and coverage analysis • Negotiation and settlement proficiency • Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Customer service orientation with attention to detail
