📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, and sales representatives for commercial transactions • Interact and coordinate with realtors, underwriters, brokers, buyers, sellers, and other involved parties • Facilitate proper pre- and post-closing procedures • Review title commitments, lender instructions, and purchase and sale agreements • Work with buyers, sellers, and lenders to clear and close national transactions • Comply with state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts • Monitor progress in compliance with purchase contract terms and conditions • Coordinate issuance of title policies with the title examiner • Assemble and deliver closing statements to buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, and lenders • Disburse escrow funds accurately and complete administrative reporting tasks • Review closing instructions and determine conditions required before closing and funding • Ensure timely recording of necessary documents • Work closely with clients to complete transactions in a timely, efficient, and error-free manner

🎯 Requirements

• English language fluency required • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role • Must be licensed as an Escrow Officer • Experience and strong knowledge of Title Insurance • Experience with tax and real estate concepts preferred, but not required • Knowledge of SoftPro Select a plus • Great time management skills • Ability to work in team-oriented and self-directed environments • Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information • High level of accountability • Customer service oriented • Creative problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
