📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with existing banking teams and third-party relationships with real estate attorneys, accountants, and realtors • Develop a wide network of banking relationships within the Truist umbrella • Drive sales, increase revenue, and expand markets to accomplish financial objectives • Track and report appointments • Collaborate with management and internal teams on Business Development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• English language fluency required • 5+ years' experience in client relationship management or sales • Understanding of real estate transactions/closing preferred, but not required • Exceptional facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills • High level of accountability • Strong attention to detail • Customer service orientation and proficient communication • Creative problem-solving skills • Travel when necessary • High energy and a positive attitude • Team player and strong negotiation skills • Legal, accounting, or transactional real estate experience preferred • Experienced client relationship manager with experience in a similar role
