📋 Description

• Handle a portfolio of moderately complex property and casualty claims from intake to resolution • Conduct investigations, gather statements, review policy coverage, and analyze documentation • Evaluate exposure and potential liability based on policy language and facts • Negotiate settlements within authority limits while ensuring cost control and fairness • Maintain accurate documentation, claim notes, and reports • Collaborate with internal teams, legal counsel, and external vendors • Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and service-level agreements • Provide responsive communication and superior service to policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• English language fluency required • 2–4 years of relevant claims handling experience • Demonstrated knowledge of property and casualty insurance principles • Experience with claims management systems and standard office software • Appropriate state adjuster license(s) required or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe • Knowledge of insurance policy interpretation and coverage analysis • Claims investigation and evaluation skills • Negotiation and settlement proficiency • Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines • Proficient in claims systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Customer service orientation with attention to detail
