📋 Description

• Compile and analyze underwriting data to support risk assessments • Prepare and review policy documentation for accuracy and completeness • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure adherence to corporate underwriting standards • Assist with reviewing submissions to identify missing information and resolve discrepancies • Maintain accurate records in underwriting systems and databases • Conduct research on market, industry trends, and competitor insights • Generate and distribute underwriting reports to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• English language fluency required • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred • 2–4 years of experience in underwriting, insurance operations, or a related support function • Exposure to property and casualty insurance industry processes is advantageous • Proficiency in data entry and analysis using Microsoft Excel and underwriting systems • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex documentation • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Basic understanding of insurance products and underwriting principles
