πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Analyze, structure, and facilitate the origination of diverse real estate loan products β€’ Proactively generate and convert leads into funded deals β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor by educating real estate investors on financing solutions β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all borrower interactions in the company CRM β€’ Expand market presence by developing sponsor, broker, and referral relationships β€’ Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth processing, underwriting, and closing of loans β€’ Develop in-depth understanding of proprietary loan products and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in real estate finance will be considered β€’ Minimum of five (2) years of sales experience β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of loan origination, real estate finance, collateral valuation, private lending products, investor requirements, and applicable regulatory considerations β€’ Demonstrated expertise in structuring short-term real estate loans and assessing asset-based risk β€’ Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot or comparable systems) β€’ Advanced sales and marketing capabilities with a proven ability to develop and maintain a strong, sustainable pipeline
