📋 Description

• Create technical content teaching developers how to build AI agents on Cresta through blog posts, tutorials, and videos • Build and maintain sample apps, code snippets, and reference integrations, including open-source repositories where appropriate • Plan and run virtual and in-person developer and partner workshops • Represent Cresta at conferences, meetups, and partner events through talks, demos, and attendee engagement • Collect developer and partner feedback and route actionable findings to Product and Engineering • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align messaging and documentation with platform capabilities • Improve onboarding and the first-build experience, including getting-started guides and sandboxes • Stay hands-on with agent building and testing, including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, RAG, and evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, ML engineer, or developer advocate • Hands-on coding ability and strong technical credibility • Practical experience building and testing AI agents, including LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, function calling, and RAG • Comfortable working in Python and/or Golang/TypeScript • Ability to read and write integration code involving APIs, webhooks, and CRMs • Track record of developer content used by other engineers, such as blog posts, tutorials, or videos • Public speaking or workshop-facilitation experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain enterprise-grade technical concepts clearly to developers • Comfort working in an enterprise context with complex platforms, rigorous testing, and partner requirements • Startup mindset and ability to move quickly, wear multiple hats, and adapt as the DevRel function matures
