âą Own and scale key non-paid channels (email, webinars, and direct mail) with a focus on engaging enterprise accounts âą Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns tailored to the Enterprise segment, ensuring alignment to business goals and sales priorities âą Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data to continuously improve pipeline generation and efficiency âą Develop and run intent and interest based programs in close partnership with Sales to engage, nurture, and progress high value accounts âą Partner with content marketing to activate compelling, targeted content that resonates with enterprise buyers âą Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure integrated, cohesive demand generation efforts and strong alignment across the funnel
âą 4+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS âą Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline âą Hands-on experience with modern GTM and demand generation tools such as Clay, CommonRoom, Sequel, HubSpot, or similar platforms âą Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps âą Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously âą Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on results âą Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
