âą Own and manage the full cradle-to-grave cycle, from business development to execution and follow-up âą Build, grow, and maintain an active book of business âą Identify and pursue new opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative selling âą Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships âą Oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring timelines, expectations, and service quality are met âą Handle negotiations, coordination, tracking, and issue resolution independently âą Continuously monitor performance to optimize revenue and profitability âą Collaborate with internal support teams for administrative and operational processes when needed
âą Proven experience in a cradle-to-grave role, managing both sales and execution âą An active and transferable book of business âą Experience managing revenue-generating client accounts âą Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills âą Highly results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability âą Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-based environment âą Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills âą Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space. Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
