📋 Description

• Drive the vision and effective delivery of development and sales for the Core Search foundation team • Collect customer and partner feedback • Prioritize feature requests and bugs for the Search platform, including Federated, Metric, and Lakehouse search • Iterate with PM leads and peer PMs to prioritize features and present coordinated product roadmaps • Negotiate feature prioritization with Engineering Management based on resources and competing requests • Present roadmaps and investigate use cases with customers and partners • Maintain the development team backlog in alignment with company strategy and team goals • Maintain status visibility with leadership and stakeholders • Understand and communicate the fiscal cost-benefit and license impact of integrations • Establish “golden path” use cases with Marketing and Customer Success and enable the field with supporting materials • Develop and deliver public product resources, including videos, blogs, and talks • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address product offering or enablement gaps • Monitor integration effectiveness through product metrics and stakeholder feedback • Serve as the central point of contact for Search integrations • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to collaboration across time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management role • Experience in observability, metrics, analytics, cybersecurity, big data system integrations, or SaaS • Strong experience with big data / analytics products and query languages such as SQL, KQL, SPL, or other analytics languages and platforms • Understanding of working with data at the terabyte and petabyte scale • Understanding of network protocols used for data transport and data structures used for data processing and storage • Experience with Agile development methodology • Ability to work within the Atlassian suite, especially Jira and Confluence • Proven ability to manage delivery and maintenance of complex data integration systems that drive measurable outcomes • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate business requirements and technical concepts into actionable requirements • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success • Experience with a free Cribl sandbox • Self-starter with a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and drive for continuous improvement
